Our vibrant and lively Philippines offices provide offshoring solutions to some of Stellar’s domestic clients. The team have experience providing support across a range of sectors; including travel, finance, retail, manufacturing, government and telecommunication.
We have four contact centres in the Philippines; in Cubao, Eastwood, Naga and Cebu.
In 2014, Stellar was nominated for both the Employer of the Year and People Program of the Year Awards by the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP).

Awards & recognition
At Stellar Philippines we are so proud of our top performers, and make sure to make them feel appreciated. We have a quarterly dinner for champions, where our top performers get to celebrate in style. At our Annual Awards nights and Christmas Party we give awards to our agent of the year, team leader of the year, top agent per department, and attendance awards. During the party we have our famous Stellar’s Got Talent competition: with first prize last year being awarded 150,000PHP. If you don’t have a special talent you can still win prizes through our Christmas raffle: last year some lucky winners left with GoPros, TVs, laptops…
We celebrate our Stellar family often. In 2017 we held a Summer Beach Vibes event, which was free for employees; with almost 2,000 staff getting the bus out to the beach for a jam-packed schedule of fun.

"I joined Stellar in 2009, and from my first day, was impressed with everything – from the recruitment team (my application was processed in a day!) to the security guard who had an flawless American accent. It was actually a bit intimidating for someone fresh from uni.
"The training I received was inspiring. It made me want to be someone who inspired people too, teaching them to be the best version of themselves they could be. The management team came to meet all the newbies, and explained that they are huge on developing people, helping each employee create their own career vision. It’s all supported by different modules anyone can sign up for. The one that got my attention was ‘Reach for the Stars’ – a training module that helps aspiring leaders.
"A few months after I’d started at Stellar, some slots opened up for Reach for the Stars. I applied for it, and guess what? I failed. Yes, I failed, and I failed miserably. I didn’t even pass the written exam. I guess it was to be expected – I didn’t even know what AHT stood for.
"So it was time to hit the books. With the support of my team leader, I applied again in a few months when there was another opening. This time I was successful, and after the application, I was approached to become a trainer.
"A month later and I was training the first wave of our biggest account today. Since then, I’ve moved through the ranks, being promoted to Assistant Training Manager and then to Client Services Manager. Last year, I was promoted to Senior Operations Manager.
"You learn something new at Stellar every day – not just in the business, but about becoming a better person. Changes and challenges are all over which make it such a dynamic place to be in if you’re up for learning. At the same time, you are surrounded by such awesome people celebrating wins left and right, front and centre. They say people come and go in the BPO industry just because each company has their own compensation to offer. I say people stay not just because of money but because of self-fulfilment. And that’s what I found in Stellar."
