In the face of considerable competition from global and seasoned outsourcers, Stellar was proven successful in being chosen by NHS24 Scotland as one of a panel of four outsource providers selected as part of their Resilience Capacity Framework set up in 2009 in the advent of the anticipated H1N1 (Swine Flu) epidemic that swept the United Kingdom. Thankfully, the scale of the epidemic did not reach the anticipated levels with minimal support being required by NHS24 Scotland from their appointed Framework of providers. Appreciating the need for optimum mobilisation capability, and with ever increasing demand on our National Health Service, we remain on alert in the event that future support is required from Stellar.
