Rebecca Carabott is Stellar’s sales product manager, responsible for the design and delivery of a suite of high performance and customer-focused sales solutions. For more than 15 years, Bec has been working across a range of roles in operations and sales in the contact centre space, and this experience has proven that sales is a key part of customer engagement – and often a missed one. She is a firm believer in power of quality interactions to enhance relationships, and her inquisitive nature drives her to look beyond traditional voice channels to find innovative new technology solutions that form part of a holistic campaign plan.

Bec loves working consultatively and collaboratively with her clients and operating teams to design the right solution for the end goal. There’s no such thing as one size fits all.

In her free time Bec loves spending time with her family and friends. As an avid foodie, she’s usually planning her next dining adventure; and with Melbourne at her doorstep, she’s spoilt for choice.
